Service Description
Power through 45 minutes of heart-pumping, full-body training. The first 20 minutes are spent on the bike, where high-intensity intervals and endurance pushes get your heart rate soaring and your legs burning. Then, hop off and grab your resistance bands and weights for 20 minutes of targeted strength training to tone, sculpt, and challenge your upper and lower body. Finish strong with a 5-minute cooldown and stretch to reset and recover.
